According to Article 2 of the "Huachuan Group's Gas Supply Pricing Plan" attached to the "Minutes of the Consultative Meeting on Gas Supply Pricing of Yinan Central Heating Project" on March 9, 2016, the price adjustment method: for every 30 yuan/ton increase or decrease in coal price, the heating price will increase or decrease 5 yuan/ton accordingly, and no adjustment will be made for less than 30 yuan.
At present, our company purchased 5000 kcal standard coal price of 650 yuan/ton, and has continued for a period of time, at this stage, coal prices continue to show an upward trend, and the price of heat in surrounding counties and cities has risen. The coal price of 650 yuan/ton is higher than the basic price of 150 yuan/ton, and according to the price adjustment method, the heating price of each level will increase by 25 yuan/ton accordingly.

The price adjustment notice is effective from 8 a.m. on October 25, 2016.
Note: 1, in 2016, according to the government plan to eliminate the boiler access to the central heating pipeline, the steam price in each level of the benchmark price discount of 10 yuan/ton;
2, from January 1, 2017, all centralized steam supply users shall implement the price plan in the above table, and adjust it according to the coal steam action mechanism.
