Comprehensively considering the heating costs such as pipeline capacity and loss, the standard coal price of 5,000 kcal at the factory price in May 2018 is more than 720 yuan/ton (including tax) as the basis, and the price adjustment notice on April 8, 2018 is reduced by 5 yuan/ton.
